New Mexico Shelters: Episode 1 Of Fence Line Rescue

Floodwater around the yard, a dog keeping lookout on his doghouse, and a stranger with crackers climbing the fence. That opening scene starts Fence Line Rescue, a made-up story narrated by animals. The chapter ends with a practical note for real New Mexico rescues and humane groups: a true story of one animal, told with care, does more for donations than any flyer.
