Utkal University Distance Education

Utkal University was established on 27 November 1943 and is the leading university in Odisha. Pandit Nilakantha Dash, Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati and Pandit Godavari (Pandit Godavari) Pandit Godavarish Mishra and other patriarchs of modern Odisha played an important role in establishing the school. Utkal University started operations on 27 November 1943 at Ravenshaw College (now University), Cuttack.
