In a study of the overlay mechanisms as discussed in our class, it happens that all activities of the service delivery chain are viable. It is all due to the integrated platform we have been operating on that covers the entire system. The standout factor to consider as a limitation is the spatial factor. Last but not least, I will point out how our service portfolio can be distinguished from the current industry. By showing this clearly to our stakeholders, we will be able to simplify the process to understand and eventually increase the satisfaction levels.
